So it is nearly 24 hours after AirNZ said they would reassess their suggestion of getting people to write for their publications and websites for free. However, the page is still up. It is not linked to from their www.theflyingsocialnetwork.com. But it is still there. They should really have pulled this as well. It is not that hard, and makes you wonder if they plan on coming back out with this idea once the fuss has died down.
The fact that AirNZ even thought of this idea in the first place is not a good sign, but the fact they appear to not have a plan in place to deal with the backlash suggests questions need to be asked in house.
