Is it really that hard to include a source on a social media info graphic?
I congratulated the National Party the other day on the inclusion of a direct link to the source of the data for an info graphic. However today they have gone to the other extreme and have posted an info graphic with no link, and no source included on it at all.
What makes it worse is well known Young Nats members are asking questions about the accuracy of the figure.
Stuff and the NZ Herald both report GDP growth for the year as 2.7%. Most importantly, Statistics NZ has it at 2.7% as well.
If you are going to make a claim about a statistic, include the source.
